yeah i put that as A tier. I loved Bushido Blades 1 and 2. They should get back with Lightweight(the developer of bb 1&2 and kengo), and make one that infuses traditional japanese martial arts with the sword fighting, hence, making a sort of realistic soul calibur type game.
